I honestly don't care too much, cause I know. So I don't care what others think. But it'd be nice to have that picture ID saying I'm of the Lakota tribe and what not. :3

My Muskogan friends have theirs but I won't be able to go to the reservation to get them my information until October, so is there a way to apply online or maybe a way to register in my town or to mail my information to someone..?

The CDIB card is what its called I think, but I could be wrong.

Some things that need to be answered (I'll sound like an insurance person who doesn't want to help)
1> Is she enrolled as Lakhota?
2>How old is she?
3>Has she been diagnosed as bipolar by a competent clinical psychologist or psychiatrist?
4>If she has no work history, how is she supporting herself?
If she is on welfare, then she might be eligible for medicaid and SSI
5>Is she presumed competent or has she been adjudicated incompetent?  This could vary the degree or limit of a state's liability and responsibility.
6>Of which state is she a resident?

I agree for the most part. It is wrong to steal and exploit others beleifs for a joke or for money. Its disgusting and irresponsible. But I don't beleive the blood part. I've given small lessons to many of my fully white friends.

I was taught by my elders that it was the where the heart was, and not how much blood you have. I only have a 1/4th, that doesn't mean I'm a 4th Lakota and 3,4ths white.

I was raised Christian, and raised white. But I'm working on re-educating myself into the customs of my ancestors.

Society will fall and we will rise again from the ashes. We are a persistent people put here to mend and tend to the land. We will heal the scars as the white mans creations and way of life strangles him to the brink of death.

We will be the self sufficient people that will live through the chaos. We will prevail.

I have no problems with those who pay their taxes, I have a major problem with our government giving away our funds to illegals who do not contribute a dime!

If I were an illegal alien I would fight to stay also, especially if I were a woman with children!  Great way to live, receiving medical care, food, housing, education, welfare and not paying any taxes.

If they come legally, get a job, pay their taxes, they will not want illegals either!
